RAY Egelhof - Combustion Chambers / Hot Gas Generators
RAY Egelhof - Combustion chambers/hot gas generators are used for the continuous, reliable supply of thermal energy for all types of drying processes.
RAY Egelhof combustion chambers and hot gas generators are always designed and built specifically for the application.
Our range basically includes the following versions:
1.) Steel construction (thinly lined) with a double jacket through which combustion air or mixed gas is led for cooling purposes
2.) Steel construction (lined with ceramic fiber mats) with a double jacket through which combustion air or mixed gas is led for cooling purposes
3.) Steel construction (made of heat-resistant special steel) with a mixing tube that is installed directly into the mixed air duct
All our combustion chambers/heat gas generators meet the following criteria:
- Complete, soot-free combustion
- Compliance with the relevant emission values
- Uniform temperature profile of the hot gas flow
We deliver combustion chambers/hot gas generators ready for connection for thermal outputs of approx. 0.14 MW to approx. 30.0 MW at hot gas temperatures of 100°C to approx. 1,100°C.
Through our RAY Egelhof - burners attached to the combustion chambers/hot gas generators, virtually all gaseous and liquid fuels can be used as energy carriers.
