RAY Egelhof - "Low-NOx" Gasburners “EGLN” series are industrial duobloc burners.

RAY Egelhof - “Low-NOx” Gasburners "EGLN" series achieve NOx values operating with natural gas < 80 mg/kWh. Compliance with the limit values is always system-dependent. Key influencing factors include the respective combustion chamber geometry, the cross-sectional load and the firing system (3-pass / through-burning principle). Guaranteed values can only be issued in conjunction with predefined boundary conditions (e.g. combustion chamber load, combustion air temperature, humidity, heat transfer medium temperature, measurement tolerances, etc.).

They are built according to a modular principle and consist of the burner, a windbox, a separately installed combustion air fan, fuel supply line(s) and control system.

RAY Egelhof - “Low-NOx” Gasburners "EGLN" series cover a capacity range from 432 kW (1,474 MBTU) - 22.000 kW (63,477 MBTU).

RAY Egelhof - “Low-NOx” Gasburner “EGLN” - series are very versatile and can use all technical combustible gases, biogases, hydrogen, LPG and process gases. Separate or parallel combustion of gaseous fuels is possible.

The digital combustion management system that is used as standard (other options are available on request) simplifies the operation, monitoring and maintenance of the burner.
